1. Who we are

This Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".

2. What data we collect

Account data: name (nickname), e-mail address, password in encrypted form; when signing in via Google or Telegram — the public profile data provided by that service.
Order data: order contents, amounts, chosen language, balance top-up and payment history.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, cookies, visited pages — for site operation, security and statistics.
Support correspondence: the contents of enquiries sent via the support chat or e-mail.

We do not collect or store bank card details. Payments are processed by the monobank payment service (Universal Bank JSC) on its secure side in accordance with the PCI DSS standard.

creating and maintaining your account;
accepting payments, fulfilling orders and delivering digital goods;
sending transactional e-mails (order confirmation, password reset, account notifications);
user support and handling enquiries;
security: preventing fraud and abuse;
