1. General provisions

1.1. This document is an official public offer by the individual entrepreneur Alla Oleksandrivna Knysh (Книш Алла Олександрівна, taxpayer ID 3735804403; the "Seller") to conclude a digital goods purchase agreement on the terms set out below, in accordance with Articles 633, 641 and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

1.2. The agreement is concluded by accepting this offer — placing an order on the website and paying for it in full. Acceptance means the Buyer has read and fully agrees to this offer, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy and the Service & Digital Delivery Terms.

1.3. The Website is an online store of digital goods located at [ПЕРЕВІРИТИ: website domain] (the "Website").

2. Definitions

Digital goods — intangible goods delivered to the Buyer electronically: accounts, access credentials, activation keys, configuration data, subscriptions and similar items listed in the Website catalogue.
Buyer — a legally capable individual aged 18 or over who has placed an order on the Website.
Account area — the section of the Website available to the Buyer after registration, showing orders and purchased digital goods.
Order — the Buyer's request, placed through the Website, to purchase selected digital goods.

3. Subject of the agreement

3.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver the digital goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them under this agreement.

3.2. The characteristics, contents and price of each digital product are stated on its page in the Website catalogue.

4. Price and payment

4.1. Catalogue prices are listed in US dollars (USD) as the pricing unit. Payment is charged in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) at the exchange rate displayed on the Website at the time the order is placed. The final UAH amount is shown to the Buyer before payment.

4.2. Payment is made online with Visa and Mastercard bank cards via the monobank internet acquiring service (Universal Bank JSC) [ПЕРЕВІРИТИ: list of payment methods], as well as other methods available on the payment page.

4.3. The Seller does not receive or store the Buyer's card details: the payment is processed on the secure side of the payment service in accordance with the PCI DSS standard.

4.4. An order is considered paid once the payment service confirms the payment.

5. Delivery of goods

5.1. Digital goods have no physical medium and are not shipped physically. Delivery is automatic and electronic: once payment is confirmed, the goods become available to the Buyer in the account area on the Website.

5.2. Delivery is automatic, normally within a few minutes after payment confirmation. See the Service & Digital Delivery Terms for details.

5.3. The goods are considered delivered, and the Seller's obligations fulfilled, from the moment the goods (access data) appear in the Buyer's account area.

6. Rights and obligations of the parties

6.1. The Seller must deliver the paid goods as described in Section 5 and provide support regarding the order.

6.2. The Buyer must provide accurate information during registration and checkout, and keep the credentials of their account area and purchased goods confidential.

6.3. The Buyer undertakes to use the purchased digital goods in compliance with the laws of Ukraine and the rules of the relevant third-party services. The Buyer is responsible for how the goods are used after delivery.

6.4. The Seller may refuse or cancel an order with a full refund if signs of fraud, a breach of these terms, or a technical pricing error are detected.

7. Refunds

7.1. Refund terms and procedure are set out in a separate document — the Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement.

8. Liability

8.1. The parties are liable in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

8.2. The Seller is responsible for the delivered goods matching their product-page description at the moment of delivery. The Seller is not responsible for subsequent changes in third-party services related to the goods, if such changes occurred after delivery and through no fault of the Seller.

8.3. The Seller's aggregate liability under this agreement is limited to the amount paid by the Buyer for the relevant order.

9. Personal data

9.1. The Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the Privacy Policy.

10. Term and changes

10.1. This offer is effective indefinitely from the moment of publication on the Website. The Seller may amend the offer; the new version takes effect upon publication and applies to orders placed after publication.

10.2. The laws of Ukraine apply to the parties' relations. Disputes are resolved through negotiation or, failing that, in court under the applicable jurisdiction rules.
