Service & Digital Delivery Terms

1. What we sell

1.1. The website sells exclusively digital (intangible) goods: accounts, access credentials, keys, configuration data and similar catalogue items. No physical shipping (post, courier) is performed or required.

1.2. The Seller is the individual entrepreneur Alla Oleksandrivna Knysh (taxpayer ID 3735804403). The terms of sale are set out in the Public Offer.

2. How to place an order

  1. Register on the website or sign in to an existing account.
  2. Add the goods you need to the cart and proceed to checkout.
  3. Review the order contents and the total amount in hryvnia.
  4. Pay with a Visa/Mastercard bank card via the secure monobank payment page or another available method.

3. Delivery timing and procedure

3.1. Goods are issued automatically once the payment service confirms the payment: the purchased items appear in the orders section of your account area, where you can view and download them.

3.2. Typical delivery time is up to a few minutes after payment. If the goods have not appeared in your account area within [ПЕРЕВІРИТИ: period, e.g. 1 hour] of the charge, contact support: [ПЕРЕВІРИТИ: support e-mail] or the on-site chat.

3.3. An order confirmation e-mail is additionally sent to the address provided at registration.

3.4. The goods are considered delivered, and the Seller's obligations fulfilled, from the moment the goods (access data) appear in the Buyer's account area.

4. Availability of purchased goods

4.2. The Buyer must keep the received access data confidential. We recommend changing passwords and linked details immediately after receipt where the product type allows it.
